In Lobelius, players take on the role of 16th-century botanists. Each turn, they leaf through their copy of Lobelius’s Kruydtboeck and choose a plant or action card to plant in their beds. Once a bed contains four cards, those points are scored! The game ends when everyone has leafed through the Kruydtboeck twice, or when someone plays the ‘Damnatio’ card!
