Designed for the Bakery Museum in Veurne, PATAKON introduces you to the history of bread in Belgium and beyond. Officialy recognized as immaterial heritage in Flanders, the 'bread culture' starts with planting the right seeds in some windy field, and ends with the consumption of bread at your own home. And it is exactly this process from plow to table that PATAKON showcases!
